We are proud to announce that Dawn Perri, a Partner at our North American member firm PKF O’Connor Davies, has recently received two prestigious accolades.
Crain’s New York Business, the leading source of news for New York’s business community, has named Dawn as one of its Notable HR Leaders 2022. This award celebrates innovators across the New York metropolitan area who are driving change in their firms’ human resources departments, from revolutionising approaches to acquiring and retaining employees to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I).
914INC, Westchester County’s premier business lifestyle magazine, has selected Dawn as a winner in its Women in Business Awards 2022, an awards programme which shines a spotlight on the area’s most enterprising, influential and inspirational female executives.
As PKF O’Connor Davies’ Chief Human Resources Officer, Dawn leads human resources for the firm’s 1,400 team members across 18 offices. With over 25 years’ experience, Dawn has been instrumental in developing the firm’s DE&I programme, enhancing bonus and benefits schemes and expanding its recruitment team.
These latest awards showcase Dawn’s strong leadership, her unrelenting commitment to creating a welcoming and encouraging work environment and her dedication to promoting positive change within the local community.
